Backstage Drama
Some patrons go to the theater to be enlightened while others simply want to be entertained. No matter your preference, any of us who have ever been a part of an actual stage production know the real show is not what's happening in front of the audience, but rather the mayhem that's taking place backstage. This is our effort to give you a glimpse of what may be happening behind the scenes of your favorite play. The host will usually ask for the title or genre of our fictional production and - of course- a central problem the cast and crew have to deal with. Throughout the scene, the actors on stage will be showing what is happening backstage while the actors backstage are actually putting on a play. At last you'll be able to see why plays really use a wall to separate the front stage from the back.
