I’m sure we’ve all played that famous board game, Clue – but in case you haven’t, here’s how it works. The game is based off of 3 main things: the suspects, the locations, and the weapons. Before the game begins, you secretly pick one of each of these and place them aside. The object of the game is for someone to figure out which of the suspects murdered the host, in what room he was killed, and what weapon was used to do this - and all of this must be deduced from clues offered by the other players. And from here we begin our stage version.
For our purposes, we allow the audience to choose which of the suspects/cast members killed the host of the party. In fact, the audience chooses the who, the where, and the weapon. Only the audience and the maid know the answers. But how will the detective solve the crime when almost no one on stage knows? Game on.
